Water Safety Program: Aqua Access

Aqua Access is your gateway to a FREE summer, watery wonderland! It's simple! Find the nearest aquatic facility offering the session of your choice, then sign up online through PARKS DIRECT!

Program participants can register for only one course during the entire summer. Participants who register for multiple courses/facilities/sessions will be withdrawn.

Swim lessons and sessions

The Department of Parks and Recreation has joined forces with the USA Swimming Foundation’s “Make a Splash” initiative to offer FREE Water Safety & Swim Lessons to youth in Prince George’s County this summer. The program will offer 600 spaces to participants ages 6-17 who hold M-NCPPC Youth IDs.

Sign up for our “Make A Splash” program! This FREE, four-session program teaches water safety skills & introductory swimming skills.
